7 Tips to Increase Fertility

Your desire to conceive should add flavor to your life, not poison your existence. 1. Make love often and at the right time

3. Reduce your coffee consumption

Caffeine relaxes the muscle cells of the fallopian tubes, which are responsible for transporting eggs to the uterus. Thus, coffee consumption will hinder their migration. Currently, studies do not determine the extent of the negative impact on fertility. Discuss this with your doctor.

4. Stay away from sources of stress

Not all stresses are negative, but some are far from it. However, there is a relationship between stress and infertility. To stack the odds in your favor, avoid putting yourself in difficult situations. If you can’t avoid them, look for ways to relax.

5. Eat balanced meals

Your diet affects your metabolism and thus your fertility levels. Above all, do not embark on an overly harsh diet or, conversely, do not overeat, but make sure to consume varied and balanced meals and exercise daily if possible. This statement is true for both women and men.

6. Add main foods to your list or take dietary supplements

Many foods enhance fertility in women and increase fertility levels in men. Eat foods rich in vitamin C (oranges, peppers, broccoli) and folic acid (beans, spinach) and omega-3 (fish) and zinc (lobster, oysters) as well as calcium and vitamin D (cheese, milk, yogurt). Of course, if you cannot consume all of these foods daily, combining dietary supplements with a good diet is possible.

Fertility levels decline with age. Women are at their peak fertility in their twenties. After that, fertility levels gradually decline, dropping rapidly after the age of 35. Men should not ignore this rule either. In fact, while they are physically capable of fathering a child until age 60-70, the quality of their sperm deteriorates over the years, reducing their fertility, sometimes as early as their forties.
